Step 1

Initial enquiry Follow Up

Following your initial enquiry about a video, we will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements in more detail. Ideally we need two to three weeks’ notice to create your video, but in some cases we can do it quicker so please call us so we can talk things through with you. A 25% deposit will be required when you confirm your order, with the balance payable when you receive your video.

Step 2

Providing the Images/Information

Send us the digital images and any video clips you would like us to include in your video. Scanning the images (or perhaps you know someone who can help you), either with a scanner or a free mobile app, such as Google PhotoScan, would be fine. If the image looks good quality on your screen, then it will almost certainly be good enough for us to use. But please bear in mind that if it’s a very small image or it doesn’t look good enough on screen, we won’t be able to do much to improve the quality.

If you need any images retouched because they are damaged or dirty, then we can help with that. Just call us and we can talk through how we can help make your images look wonderful.

We’ll be on hand throughout the process to provide technical and creative support and help you with any problems.

Step 3

Soundtrack and Captions

We’ll help you choose a soundtrack and captions for your video. If there is anything you would like in particular as a background image, such as a particular colour or type of flower then let us know. You can also supply your own image if you’d prefer to do that.

If you would like a video introduction that is particularly relevant to your loved one, such as some of those shown in our Portfolio Section on this website, just let us know what you would like. We have access to a whole range of video clips we can use, so if it’s waves lapping up on a beach, a river flowing down a mountain or some trees blowing in the wind, we’ve got this covered.

Step 4

When Your Video is Complete

When your video is ready, we will ask you to please pay the balance by bank transfer or Paypal. We will then upload your video and provide you with a link and password so you can access it. And if you would like your video loaded onto one of our special Presentation Video Brochures, we will then post it to you.
